In my opinion all people are different. For ages and age men were protectors and bread winners. They held high positions at work and were cleverer than women. But now is the new time. Women can study and get an exellent education. 
Not every woman must be gentle and naughtly. I think that courage and sense of purpose are traits of human character. Such women are very succesful, so they have good paid jobs. All familiars respect them. Moreover they are independent minded, so they decide their problems by themselves. And why such women can not be leaders? Many women have their own business,so it is cool)  My idol of great woman is Margaret Thatcher ( The iron lady) She achieved such a big success in her deal! 

Of course that men are stronger and physically fit. Some of them are great fathers. But now is the new time were every person regardless of gender need to succed and achieve their goals. I do not forget about human qualities. We must be better every day in helping people taking care of our family. I do not agree with different planets. In my opinion every person can choose his own way in life. Every person need of working with his character. And often our problems are the same. Everybody goes through the search for the self in adolescence and self doubt. Men and women have laziness. But main things are honesty positive kindness. In the end being a real men does not depend of gender)
